I redeamed some clickmiles for $25 gift certificates awhile back and they never came. I am not told that clickmiles discontinued their use of 800 gift certificates.com and so anyone who redeamed for gift certificates in the last month or so and has not received them, will not be getting them. This is from 800 gift certificates customer service even though 2 weeks ago when I enquired, they said that they were just out of inventory.
I called clickmiles, 4158367900 and they were very helpful and will put the miles back in my account by tomorrow they said. Two other people I know have the same problem and are attempting to fix it by email.Originally posted by Drflyer:

Urgh. That's why I haven't received my Macy gift certificates. Thanks for the info. I'll be calling clickmiles today.FWIW, I recently had a very bad experience with 800GC when trying to buy some Marriott GCs. I would recommend staying away from them.I received an email from clickmiles that completely missed what was going on so I had to call again. This time they insisted that they still are partners with 800 gift certificates.com. I talked to 2 people in 800 gift certificates.com that insisted they are not related anymore so my miles and gift certificates are in limbo for 10 days while they investigate. By the way, when you call clickmiles, the reps are actually in St. Louis even though the number is San Francisco. Again the people I talked to were very nice, but I still don't feel sure that things will work out. I suggest avoiding gift certificate order from them for awhile.#If you have any other info about this subject , Please add it free.# |
